I'd rather save for 2 years than by a dog of a property today.

I'm stationed in West Chicago, and am a bird dog/wholesaler around the area.

I think the previous owners must have had 20 dogs inside.

I was wondering if somebody can assist me in starting with bird dogging(I have some experience in mortgage forclosure research & delinquent taxes) appreciate all the information I can get to get started.thanks in advance

Currrently trying to get into the REI business and believe bird dogging or having a mentor would be the best way to go.

You could also bird dog for him if you do not want to mess around with structuring deals and what not.
