My father passed away a year ago, my mother a few years before that.

We added a bathroom and mother in law suite.

Most everyone will get sone form of assistance and most tenant candidates will be young unwed mothers with little skills or education.

@Daniel Haberkost Hi Daniel, I'm currently doing this with my last house hack that was a house with mother-in-law (I'm renting the mother-in-law part by the room and renting out the top part to a family).So far, it hasn't been any more work than before.

She had signed the lease already, but her husband was wanting it to start when she would be moving in on the 12th (she is a traveling nurse, so it is only her moving in).

In my area, mostly Longview and kelso WA. the closest we get to a real gang member is a young teenager doing meth with his single mother.

Now she is trying to have me served (she sent the sheriff to my mother's house, lovely right?)

I remember being at the retirement office with my mother. and some Stark realities came out my way.

The dad told me that it too is just temporary til the end of the month when the boyfriend will move into his mother’s winter house somewhere nearby.  

I have a friend who's mother died a year ago she left behind property/land thats in her name but no will she has two sibling but neither of them want anything to do with it, my question is, how do i go about helping her to get the property in her name, the property is going up for tax sale in November and she wants to save the property from being sold
