@Andrew Low there’s a great book on the subject called Raising Private Capital by Matt Faircloth that should help a lot.

Even though I am an accountant, I use Matt Lents as my CPA, he is based out of Jacksonville and is active in the investor community.

Thanks @Matt 'Roar' Gardner, a lot of great agents out here but if she is looking for a great market with strong growth in average daily rates and a single family homes near the water PCB is the place to be.
