I have a trip to Las Vegas next week March 17th and 18th,  golfing with Ryan Pineda.  

I invested heavily in these stocks in February and March 2020 when COVID caused the market to crash and made 300% to 400% in 12 to 18 months on all 5 stocks I purchased.

It was turnkey in that I could've turned it into a rental after close but I chose to make some upgrades like the arcade games, making the home smarter with smart lock/thermostat, etc.I closed in late Jan and went live the first week of March.

The last sale on the house was in March 2019 and now, less than 3 years later the Taxable Value has tripled. 

I requested info from the seller's agent to see if they were going to stay and renew the lease, since their year is done at the end of March.

I'm aware that they need a 90 day notice but let's say that notice was given on March 11th for a non renewal of lease, would it be terminated on June 11th or would it have to go for the rest of the month?

I actually began looking for a new market since March 2021.

Each one is managed. 5 of them collect rent on the first, and pay it back me by the 10th or 15th of the same month. 1 of them collects rent on the first, but holds it until the 10th or 15th of the NEXT month (example, March 1st rent paid to owner April 10-15), saying that they need to hold it for any expenses that come up during that month.
