Sorry to say, but if its on a web site, its already been shopped pretty well.

According the the assessors web site the lot is 7000 sq. ft. (50 x 140) and the zoning is R6.

He has a large web presence and enjoys a positive reputation on Bigger Pockets (BP).

I've been running a web design company the past 9+ years, and have been in the business 18+ years.

The research I have done on the web has mostly turned up generic articles that just tend to repeat themselves a lot... but I would like to connect with someone who has dealt with VA loans, and can help me really understand the ups and downs, as well as how best to utilize the product. 

I've noticed that some changes are being made to the web site.

By day two I started getting on there nerves raising my hand and (I sat in the front row so he had to call on me) asking real estate questions in the middle of his stories(, at one point I asked when are we gonna get deep into the real estate stuff which is why my partner and I went half $998 each ($1997) for the 3 day real estate course he’s said we’re gonna get to all that,  I’m like when it’s Saturday afternoon noon already he says everyone will get a packet with all the contacts, leads web sites , numbers.

We use Instagram, our website, signs and Postlets.
