We purchased the home on 8/3/2022 for $30,000 and sold it the same day for $63,000.

We purchased the home on 8/24/2022 for $200,000 and sold it for $250,000.

The June 2024 market report from the Austin Board of REALTORS® (ABoR) shows that the median home price in the City of Austin decreased 1.6% to $600,000 over the past 12 months.

If you have no experience investing or as a landlord, or with Section 8, why would you take a second loan on your home, barrel your equity in it, and invest it in an area you seemingly don't know?
