Hi all, So I bought an investment property 4 days before the end of the year in 2017.

When I bought a 25 unit complex I probably called every single complex up to ~100 units and got the details.

He just went to Florida and bought a subdivision and is building lots and houses..

At face value, I'd have bought this property yesterday. 

@George Blower Thanks to you as well, however, I am curious if "metals" factor in such precious metals as gold, silver, platinum, etc?

@Dustin VerleyI bought current receivables from manufacturing companies for a discount and was paid by their customers directly in 30, 60, 90 days depending on the terms agreed by the company and the customer. 

I bought my first property near 54th and Walnut, and feel good about the area's long term opportunity. 

Right now we just have the rental income going into our personal bank account and a lot of the things we bought/did to the basement is mixed within our personal receipts.

My mother bought a 2 family house for 514K back in 2006. 

That makes it that much tougher to get deals but when they’re had they’re good as gold.
