.- If you want to buy good Class A/B property with good cash flow (rent value 1.0) and relatively good appreciation, there're a bunch of newer class A /B in Fort Wayne Indiana.- Due to the low-interest rate, the home suddenly becomes very affordable even when the price is going up because we finance it for 30 years.
