Yes, I agree, claims are part of the business, but it's too frequent and in my opinion ABB is protecting the guest with their policies, not the host.

Meditations would be a book I'd recommend to everyone I know because I'm a huge fan of the Stoic philosophy - it's not a book about real estate investing though just to point that out - I got the Gregory Hays version and really enjoyed reading it.

I'm a big fan of ozone treatment but it really works the best when you pull the carpet and get rid of the source of the smell as best as you can.
