While we all prefer to use people we know and trust, it really makes no difference...the title co. does their work as per industry standards...unless of course you're trying to do some funky double close/assignment you're trying to keep from the seller.

Hello BP, while i'm looking through different online offers to get a better pictures of the multifamily investment, i notice in my area there is a lot of 2-2 & 3-2 bedroom bathroom.For now, my plan is to invest in 2-1 unit only to young & old couple (for the sake of argument), what can i do with the extra said bedroom &/or bathroom

After a few questions it was clear he had told these other guys what he was hoping they would come in at and like magic wouldnt you know it they were at that or close, and all the important stuff he "assumed" they would be the same. 6 months into the project and at double the original bid he called me back asking if I could please take it over.

You can also purchase in the name of a Land Trust then you can either assign the beneficial interest in the land trust OR you can double close the transaction.

You can get together a package with your last two tax returns, bank/brokerage statements and w2s and that should give them most of what they need unless your financial picture is more complicated.
