What I can say is, typically, building more units is, typically, a better plan than building less.  

The earlier you start in your RE journey, the better off you will be in the future.

this is a much better way to invest than to buy a random property thousands of miles away. 

Obviously, they'll cash flow better, but you pay a ton more in interest on the backend.

My goal is to have more financial freedom for myself and to provide a better future for my son.

Now I’m in Brandon Turners A Better Life Tribe which I’m having some technical issues with but after about 10 weeks of not being able to use the site they seem to have fixed it and I’ve been able to use different services associated with it all along so not a total loss.
