i bought an reo from b of a recently; they had their air quality inspector do a report; it took them 4 weeks to get this done (keep in mind, the bank wanted this done asap as wanted to close out the books for year end).b of a was quite upset with their vendor; only thing I can think of is they were just too slammed; i mean, how many homes are sold in december?

It is going to need some work (slight bathroom remodel, kitchen tiling, new laminate flooring, new upstairs carpeting/laminate flooring, central air, new door, and a few other repairs).
