Change it on renewal.We don't absolutely require electronic payment, but we say our stated rent includes discount for electronic payment.

Typically to find deals off market you would need to optimize a marketing strategy and have people contact you, be consistent with the marketing, from there you need to understand their problem and determine how motivated they are to let a property go for a discount plus the various costs involved.

Obamacare was too expensive for the whole family coverage (mind you, my W2 job didn’t qualify me for a discount rate) and although CHM was cheaper it only covers major medical (without guarantee either), and no coverage for pharmacy, annual physical or instacare clinic.

Lastly, pro tip: if you get enough flooring, you can go to the pro desk (or the guy/gal in flooring) at Home Depot and try to negotiate a discount - especially if you're buying enough that they have to place an order.

(yeah even for a B&H I would think twice).The last time I spent 70K in repairs the ARV was $250K, and we got it for way below as is value.If the house is worth 100K and you got it for 22K with a cost of repairs of 70K (It is always at least 20%-30% more than estimated) you didn't get it at a discount.

That is the agent representing me, the purchaser.I am completely aware the seller pays the commission, but if I were for instance sign my agent with them to only take 1.5 or 2 percent Instead of 3 and that .5 to 1.0 percent discount for the seller would then be pushed back onto my purchase and cause a discount. i know what I want, I know my value and purchase price is worth it even at 1.5 to 2 percent.
