Maybe get creative with your finances to see how much you can sock away in a short amount of time as a starting point.Set up some key word alerts to get e-mails about topics and geographies that interest you.

Three words: OPM or Other People's Money. also, most people on here who have 100 units have either been doing real estate for a long time and have made successful choices throughout all of the ups and downs or have had previous successful careers.

Also, when you post, if you use the word Lawrence instead of 01843, that will trigger others who have it set up in their keywords to join the conversation. 

In other words, if I transfer a property into a Land Trust, will that trigger a Due On Sale Clause?
