I am blessed to have very affordable rent, (I rent out a room in a house) negotiated a low cell phone bill, and meal prep all my meals so my food cost is about $40/week or $160/mo.

I want to have time to dedicate to whichever worthwhile cause is most important to me at the time. 

As a thought experiment, if we got to vote on it, and we knew for sure we can stop corona in 1 month if we either a) printed trillions we don't have, or b) give up our cell phones for 1 month....what would the final tally be? 

We give the tenants our office number and all our personal cell phone numbers.

Example someone on the cell phone looking down seemingly unaware of their surroundings versus a person walking tall, head up, scanning the area as they walk. 

They can't work, but they can smoke and drink and party and travel out of state to a friend's wedding, and keep the cell phone and wireless service going to post selfies on Instagram and Facebook.

My bank will do 80% on either the purchase price or the appraisal, whichever is less.

Be VERY transparent and show them-- it's their choice to prioritize you over say a cell phone bill. 

Whichever service you use, don't forget to check their current place. if it's trashed, they will also trash yours.
