in your experience is joining and going to REIA events worth it?  

I was in an inpatient unit at the hospital and a traumatic life event took place.  

The next one is on April 26th Wed I believed.

We spoke at length at the last Dave Lindahl's event and I can certainly say that she is very knowledgeable in this field. 

It took a Tony Robbins event to get her to finally let go of security and enjoy the freedom, but still!

If you want to get make some real $$, design a predictive algorithm that can determine the probability of a family selling their home after certain life events, i.e. new kid, different job, losing a job, etc.

I am hosting a happy hour event on April 26 all about the Denver laws, but that's a bit away.

I signed up for a 3-day course from the Rich Dad events for $499 (Heres my review on the course: Rich Dad Event Review) and I didnt sign up for the follow up program that costed $18,000-$60,000 because I figured it was common sense.
