does anybody know where i can get shorts videos I can use for my website and other advertisements?

I've been reading books, watching videos and even going to these seminars that pitch their "mastery course".  

I am new to the Bigger Pockets website but have been following the podcast and videos on you tube for quite some time now.I'm interest in Fixing and Flipping but the one thing I can't seem to get any specifics on is calculating the ARV and how to figure out what kinds of improvements are valuable and worth it versus improvements that are not.How do I know the house is going to be worth X amount of $'s more when I add a bedroom or garage?

I came across some videos on youtube on the podio subject from a guy by the name of Dan Schwartz.

I've been reading up and watching videos on note investing and I understand the concept and like it very much.

I have both systems, the Fast Track System is great for beginners as it shows you step by step instructions to include video, contacts, marketing strategy & REI resources that otherwise would take you a lot time to find on your own.
