Hey everyone,I've used this site to look for data over the years and thought it was time to make an introductory post.I'm originally from the Lubbock area (New Home) and joined the military in 2014 and served 8.5 years in the US Navy.

Asking if it's a "good" or "bad" time to buy is like JFK asking if this is a good day for a drive. 

These are also generally slower times for almost all listings, so don't get discouraged!

Do you plan to manage it yourself or look for an operator?

And also, what is the time frame?

My worry is the 5 years pass and the balloon payment comes due, and now I am stuck with whatever interest rate is available at the time.

It's very user friendly and makes diy property management easy.
