I recently found Roofstock and its cloud house rental calculator which is pretty close to what I am looking for (https://www.roofstock.com/cloudhouse).A couple of things that are missing:- good support for multi family properties, rent estimate doesn't seem to take into account the fact that a property has multiple units- it would be nice to have to search for properties based on cap rate directly from the MLS, I know this may be a conflict of interests with their business model though
