I am a Nuclear Medicine student with a flare for real estate investment in all aspects.

I played second base for them, and now I am a 5th year student coach for the softball program.  

Student housing is great in the New Tampa, USF and University of Tampa area.

85k student debt is bad.

Perhaps you can rent  a room to a student?  

Alright everyone, I'm looking for a little bit of advice to help me brainstorm.So as a college student, I have been fortunate enough to live with my parents while I work, finish up school. and help take care of the house.
