Jay just bought a home on your street and did a 20k remodel on it its spotless and fresh.. and your rental has been lived in for a few years and well you see pictures JIm puts up about how tenants treat their places.. you simply run the risk of your tenants moving into a brand new remodel.. and now you have to do a turn over to compete.
