I would rent the space at the office especially if it is just outside the city limits - I would work there exclusively for a bit and then shift towards working there and at home.  

I have been investing for about 2 to 3 years now, own 9 rentals, and am moving to the next step in my business.I am currently streamlining my process for acquiring fix and flips plus rentals in the Atlanta area.  

The timing was not even congruent with his election, but the data showed oil prices had actually changed due to a shift in the supply curve as well as the demand curve, due to OPEC output cuts and slowing demand in China, India, etc.

Our plan is to shift that to an Airbnb rental upon having kids.  

The wood closet pole would shift in the end caps and pop out.

I am still in the process of shifting my finances around for these surgery's and have not approached my employer.

Given how high purchase prices are in California, I am shifting my focus towards purchasing out of state "buy & hold" properties.

But then I am like- buuut if I am going to find, buy, rehab properties and control a streamlined property management operation...  

(But two REO deals after that I have streamlined the process, like you quickly and efficiently as possible. 

I shifted into buying small condo which is easier to manage.
