Hi everyone,

I'm a securities trader from Massachusetts looking to learn and get started investing in real estate. I'm currently renting a home while building my savings for a down payment. With years of experience in property rehab, I'm planning to buy my first property that I can live in while renovating. To help with getting some experience, I am getting my MA real estate license. I love networking and strongly believe it is the single most effective resource for being successful and creating opportunities in investing.

Any suggestions and advice are greatly appreciated and always welcome. I hope to get to know many of you and that I can someday lend my experience to new investors.

Thanks for reading!

-Matt

Hi Matt and Henry,

I am also in Mass and looking to network with other MA investors.  I am currently flipping my first property in Quincy, which is almost ready to hit the market, and I also received a call today about an off-market deal in Mattapan that is a two-family occupied rental property, and the owner would consider seller financing.

Would love to start a Meetup in downtown Boston once a month or something to meet investors in the area, if anyone is interested in that.

Best!

Jen
