I do try to keep up to speed on whats going one, participate in tenant screening, inspections etc.Over all I would say be flexible, have fun, but most importantly analyze your deal carefully before jumping in, just don't get analysis paralysis.

If anyone notices an issue with @Mention problems like Charles, please try to pay attention to who you are having problems contacting so we can work out any potential problems.Do note, as Jon mentioned, that we've disabled the feature on iPhone/iPads because of the serious speed problems it causes.

I would remind them that you intend to proceed regardless of whether you get an N11 but you're just trying to speed up the process and create win-win, if you have to go through formal channels they'll receive no real benefit. 4.
