Ever since we bought the property this particular tenant has been a constant source of pain for us. 

I guess my question is, how can you either a) find their phone number so you can call them about your interest in their property b) get the type of information you would normally from a site like list source, where you see equity %, etc. 

I also listen to BP podcast, webinars and read the forums and I have learned so much from these sources.

When they don't even cite the source of that certification, that's a red flag for me.I tweeted out to Generation Web marketing asking them to cite the source of the certification Hopefully they can provide it. If they pay on time and take care of the place, Section 8 can be a great, steady source of income. 

Read blogs on attorney sites, read National Association of Realtor news and discussions, read finance materials from government sites, read appraisal guidelines with professional organizations or find a reliable source that consolidates such material.

I don't know of a single source for a list but go to the county clerk's website and search for lien or judgement.
