Seems like most of the areas have some sort of rental inspection and fee in place.

Trust me, people will WANT to go to those meetings.That sort of thing provides value.But none of these REIA I have see, been to, heard of, even KNOW what the agenda is.

It is sort of like picking a favorite flavor of ice cream, nobody can ever tell you that your favorite flavor is wrong. 

Figured the 3 day would/could give me an outline of sorts for some direction. 

We had some water issues that just sorted out last week.

(however if i was you I would get the roofing done asap, don't wait, it won't solve itself... ) Note.. paying to someone else... yes less dangerous...... but doing things yourself is just soo much more rewarding (plus feels good unless you have bad back sort of like me). 

Using this it's relatively easy to sort out the multifamily properties.
