Do any of these groups use the Meet-up format, record session topics for those unable to travel to meeting sites, by using YouTube, Ustream or Skype like technology?

I will be super busy with work and travel while I am living in Denver, could I hire a property manager from the beginning for even when I'm living in the duplex?  

For a landlord who self manages, what happens when you are out of town for vacation or travel for work, or whatever? 

I fully agree with Michael McGee: Sell your interest in the property as fast as possible to your new partner who paid the back taxes and redeemed the property - unless so much lot of value in the property and profit to be made by staying in the deal and putting up with the many problems of finding and negotiating with all of the other 13 heirs to buy their interests out at bargain prices that is a really smoking hot deal!
