Why increase the risk by seeking out a prospective tenant who has already proved that in some capacity or another they were unable to do the right thing and be an honorable citizen??

If the people of our city can't even have something we like to call self-control how can we expect them to keep these area's up especially when it seems as though many of our citizens have the slightest clue about respect for others???

Received call to meet senior VP at home (4 guys ) show up take photos inside outside **(YES WE EVEN HAD MOLD GROWING ON OUTSIDE OF HOME)*** I was told this was the first they heard of the issue BBUUTT out of Senior VP'S mouth he states he viewed pictures and read report DATED 2 WEEKS after move in!!!!

Usually, very profitable and once you're licensed, you get higher higher housing fees than what the resident/senior can pay on their own sometimes.

Your analogy of the small v. little guy doesn't fly - its apples v. oranges.On top of that, Russia has been meddling in Georgia for years, sending citizens into the "breakaway regions" to populate them with Russians.

The reason the idea was attractive to me is that I know there are quite a few senior citizens around my neighborhood which could potentially be motivated sellers (and their friends and family that drive through the neighborhood).  

Senior person gets 27k, middle person about 15k, junior agent 8k.

Can't change the use of some ho-hum to a rehabbed senior living complex or lease up to a non-profit for their clients?

I had a friend who invested heavily in senior care facilities, he bought run-down facilities, rehabbed them, and resold them at significant profit.

Bottom line, I'm excited about getting into this, determined to make it happen, and know that it would be very valuable to have people more senior to help me through this.Thanks!
