Don’t have another down payment saved at the moment but have some company stocks that will vest over the next few years that could amount to another down payment.

That's because cashflow is what can help you scale when you are starting out, and it's also what saves your butt during tough economic times. 

My advise to you is to save as much money as possible and eliminate whatever expenses you can to save up for downpayments.
