The main heat source is a propane wall furnace with a thermostate that heats the whole place no problem.The place was meant to be a 3-season cabin and I've done a bunch of work to it to make it more livable year round.  

I sent out 5 rounds to all 30 houses on a weekly frequency.

For the sake of simplicity I'm going to round the numbers.

However I don't see either being disastrous and barring unforeseen events (trade war with China, cold war round 2, terrorism, etc.)

I was curious how many others are out there doing short term vacation rentals and what is the best market to purchase for most value, year round in Ontario?

Not sure how hot your market is but 'round here "inspection contingencies" are deal killers on potential high profit 1-4 unit investment properties.

There are always newbies, veterans, lenders, contractors, etc. so it's a well rounded group.  

(The three couples before them self eliminated for one reason or another - this couple made it to the final round, income, references, credit scores, all lined up.)
