Perhaps pushing it through a vehicle like an investment that produces a dividend?

Dear Friends and Fellow Investors I am reaching out to citizens of Fremont Ca and even those outside to help me push City of Fremont Building Department  to bring about some necessary good changes!

What areas as an investor push you away from investing, and what areas attract you?

We could have rolled it up into the depreciation and rather than take it all in the 1st year, spread it out over many years. 

I also have some pre pays baked in which I should probably push back on next time I have a refinance, etc. 

I feel like i should push any odds and ends to my contractor and hire out a cleaning crew but I hate putting more money into something I can easily handle.The other is finding a second crew of guys so we can have 2 houses running at one time.

Keep in mind you will need to invest in the same year as the sale of your property, and a cost segregation study / bonus election will need to be a part of the investment(s) you roll into. 

As the supply of buildable land decreases in many markets, it pushes up the value of existing homes.

I'm considering rolling all or part of an IRA into fully-passive real estate investment funds.I'm personally interested in single family and small multi family.

My R/E agent has been pushing me to sell the property b/c he says the market is hot, rates are low, and demand is high.They suggested an ask price of 2.7mm.
