I would expect it to be standard practice to do a review of all the units and determine repairs needed, what monthly/yearly maintenance should be completed, and a rent analysis to set expectations for vacant rooms.  

Above everything I have already stated, it's also home to The Ohio state university, headquarters for L-brands (Bath and Body Works, victoria secret, and Pink), White castle, Wendys, and the new Chipotle headquarters is being finished up downtown.

The reviews will typically have more to do with expectations and the hosting so you could still nab some 5 star reviews.
