I am not sure how close you are to the ten limit, but also be aware they increase cash reserve requirements as you scale so that is another consideration.

If they are interested, I would then speak to your attorney to get the details of how it would be designed etc. but I don't want to pay an attorney before getting some sort of verbal confirmation that a wrap is something they would consider.

@James LaFarrTypically, reserves of $250-$350 per unit, per year are held for future capex items (roof, parking lots, updates etc.).

I often explain to my newer investors that they need to have cash reserves and that their first investment isn't going to bring them thousands of dollars in their first month.
