Hello,  I've been putting offers in on for my first rental property (single family homes out of an HOA).

I'm particularly passionate about investing in rental properties. 

Not buying/selling for others like an agent would do.Think more like get a rental or two or a short term rental to get those hours.

I’m super active on IG @investwithzasha and live on Maui with flips, rentals, RV parks, office and apartment buildings plus other cool projects coming from $0 on Maui to multi-millionaire.

This doesn't seem correct to me as the way I understand how collections works is the collection agency now owns that debt. 

It has been a great rental with a fixed conventional mortgage rate, generating cash flow from day 1 and already gaining equity due to the increased value.

What are you trying to get a lease for, rental arbitrage or clients? 

Don't be afraid to negotiate, particularly if you have a lot of rentals.4.

They have been long-distance self-managing but it seems like they haven't been able to fully optimize the rental income. 

I’m trying to get loan for my first rental investment and I was wondering does anybody have experience using a Mortgage broker that service the Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, Springfield Ohio areas?
