If you try to convince them that it's not a law, they will think you're lying.Even if it's not legally necessary to have, I'd add the wardrobe or armoire and, if questioned, then you tell the buyer that it "complies with the regulations" and move on.

I'm wondering how one knows the funds control company won't run off with the money, are they regulated by some governmental agency?
