@Sandeep Jain if you would like to do some reading around some of the asset protection issues I would recommend Garrett Sutton's Loopholes of Real Estate or Mauricio Rauld's Legal Strategies for Everyone.

Was having a fun, purely academic conversation with someone and somehow the topic went from the stock market, ETF's, to real estate, to BRRR's and either he or I or both us came up with this and wondered is this a legit strategy that others have used?

There are plenty of good books about note investing to explain the real estate and financial side of the business.

My message is more about offering a few options as I am a licensed broker + real estate investor.

Not entirely sure what avenue of real estate investing I want to take yet so I've been reading lots of books on the different strategies.
