Londonderry is rapidly growing, they have a $1B project going on right now, while not quite as big as Tuscan Village, it's large enough for them to add an exit off 93.

I manage a 65 unit complex in Big Rapids.

The unit is in the Grand Rapids area any suggestions would be great.

If marketers were allowed to post here free, it would rapidly descend into a  free-for-all and ruin the forum.

You have already began paying more principal than interest for several years and it is dropping rapidly.
