There should be public information officers at large banks, Fannie Mae and Freddie, HUD, ALTA and even the FBI (for scams) and the IRS that could provide information directly to this community.

I then think all these publications make people interested in investing for the first time due to the "high amount" of people doing it, even if that might not be a good reason, although I dont feel in my area there are much more investing going on as there was before, just less owner occ buying, which really hasnt slowed that much in my area I feel.
