Curious the pros/cons experienced.Through public records, I am able to run a report for all the 2-4 unit zoned/permitted residential multi-family (although I live in a duplex but the records show that it is a single family, guessing it was converted maybe without city permits/approval).I have played around with the tool and its easy to find the list and the owners of the property (be it a corporation or an individual). 

If you decide to hold it, then weigh the pros and cons of a refinance vs HELOC vs keeping the mortgage you have...likely its worth a refi or a HELOC given the interest rates you're showing.

Florida is know for a couple of things...tourism and great real estate.Orlando has pros and cons depending on what you want out of your investment.

Seems like at this point in our business there is not a great benefit from opening another LLC.For knowledge purposes, what are the pros and cons in having a holding LLC or, like your last example, single member  LLC's that join one multi member LLC?
