Real Estate Broker License for REI in Illinois

Hey BP Community! I'm exited to post that I'm currently pursuing a broker's license in Illinois, with the intention of creating a business focused around working with home buyers who are looking to step into Real Estate Investment, via house hacking (owner occupied) or any other means that would be feasible for them (cash/20-25% down on conventional, etc..). I was hoping to get some pointers from folks more experienced than myself on all areas that touch this topic. I'd also be happy to get on the phone with anyone willing to provide some feedback.
