I’m guessing i’m investing in Atlanta out of fear of being by myself with no family and friends in a whole nother state, instead of investing where it actually makes sense.

My 11 year old is definitely going to be a saver and I fear that my 13 year old is going to spend as soon as $$ hits his hand.I am planning on having them read “Rich Dad Poot Dad” and “The Richest Man In Babylon.”

In my 15 years of being a landlord I've had my shares of fears and problems.

I know for a fact some sellers in cold markets factor in the winter weather and gas bills during the winter - they fear a vacant property during the winter and want to sell prior to December. 

Even when I found out about my dad’s state retirement being in “cash” I never tried to talk him to putting it back in to the market after those 10 years for fear of how we would both feel if the market “crashed” 10-20% the next day/week/month. 

I fear that I won’t have the time to take multiple flights a year to check in on a development project far from home.

This is a fear most people have.

If you can get a rental next to a Florida law school and rent it to students - the Florida Bar puts the fear of God in them about screwing up so they REALLY can't afford an eviction or other legal action on their record that they have to disclose to the Florida Bar and risk not getting a license to practice law.  

Like I said above, the only markets that seem to make sense for the amount of capital I have are long-distance, and I guess what's stopping me from moving forward is a fear of choosing the wrong market (basically analysis paralysis).
