I subscribe to Brian Dean (his videos are entertaining & informative), Neil Patel (consistently posted these 2-5 minute clips & Josh Bachnyski (Canadian who seems to know what he is talking about, must take notes when watching his videos).2) Content, in my opinion, should focus on your target market (distressed homeowners).

I send these on to my sons / partners, who come up with a target price, negotiate with sellers and buyers, etc.I don't think we have a rigid formula for pricing, we just know what our buyers will pay for a certain type of house in a certain condition in a certain area.
