I think as many others said, leavings reviews on as many platforms they have as well recommending them to family and friends will seriously go a long way.

The biggest takeaways from this platform, that I'm most looking forward to, are: further connecting with and learning from every level of professional (beginner to veteran) that Bigger Pockets has to offer.

I am unsure if they help run a criminal, eviction and background check but there are many platforms that you can use to really find true data about your prospective tenants.

I would adjust the marketing pieces first (pictures, video tours, new copywriting, advertising platforms) before adjusting price.

I use other platforms to list my fully furnished units for longer terms.
