If you want a ball park from someone on the site I think photos or video would get you a rough 10-15 swing estimate or if you want closer estimates you will need to let some guys in.  

Waiting to see it in person can cost you the deal.There’s no reason with today’s technology that you can’t run the numbers and get a good photo tour to vet the deal.I am a buy and hold guy, and I don’t do much wholesaling but as long as you run the numbers and they work I’d say go for it!

I always hate how bid and descriptions of contractors are always short with minimal details.thats why I became a gc and can now track things much better.its going to be tough to take this one to court without photos before and after.

I think hiring an inspector is a great/creative way to solve the issue as well.You can also post photos here and get some feedback.

We had a local professional real estate photographer do our photos for the air-BnB and it was really worth it!

You will be marketing online with photos, so why would they pick yours if all the other townhomes in the community offer the same thing?

I have the “unfair advantage” of having a job where I drive for 4 to some times even 12 hours a work day taking photos of houses for banks and mortgage companies.

I've asked my agent to contact the listing agent regarding getting some more photos before making the drive down there.

*As I type this I wonder if it made a difference that we tied the photo/video to the rental/flips?
