Cost Of Rehabbing A 1072 Square Feet 3 bed 1 Bath House In 48030

Rehab experts - Can you tell me how much it will cost to do a complete rehab on a smoke damaged house including roof replacement.  The property is located in Hazel Park, MI and is 1072 Square Feet.  I just want to get a ballpark figure on how much it will cost to get the house in good move-in condition.  Thank you in advance for your help.
