For office/multi family, go to loopnet dot com, find multi family for sale, reach out to brokers and ask for T-12 and Rent rolls.

Another tip is to set up keyword alerts (ie Multifamily, Atlanta, etc) to reach out to people and follow up with them on there commentary if there already doing what you're interested in pursuing.

I would question your loan officer again about FHA or find another loan officer who understands that you can have more than one FHA loan if you're moving due to a job relocation.
