Well when I found out about the child support lein,I became nervous and called a place that buys houses fast,they came out and took pics and said they would buy it and to go back to their office so we could talk,so I did.

For office/multi family, go to loopnet dot com, find multi family for sale, reach out to brokers and ask for T-12 and Rent rolls.  

Another tip is to set up keyword alerts (ie Multifamily, Atlanta, etc) to reach out to people and follow up with them on there commentary if there already doing what you're interested in pursuing.

I would question your loan officer again about FHA or find another loan officer who understands that you can have more than one FHA loan if you're moving due to a job relocation.

If the house was listed with RE company and you were the selling agent and another brought the seller, you'd be splitting the commission between the two offices.

At a certain point, I can see the scales tipping to paying off the loans, but if you are in your growth phase, leverage is the name of the game.
