My issue with Excel spreadsheets has been whenever I add a new method of payment (credit card) or checking account it becomes cumbersome to reautomate the new source of transactions into my standard excel P&L / Balance Sheet.  

I have a question about a possible alternative method.

Not that websites are good for being found, only good to lead people too by other methods to give them information.

@Karen Margrave thx for the reply, I have had numerous credit card offers in the mail, just like im sure everyone else has I know real estate has a lot to do with leverage and having mortgage debts, when it comes to personal finance I just always believed if you cant pay cash you cant afford it, I guess I just need to change my philosphy in life, and get a credit card, I just never believed in the ripoff adjusting extremely high interest rates most americans get in trouble with.

We do our own marketing for motivated sellers by various methods.

What I am trying to say is that do the method that you know enough to start out.

Hi Bill, nice to meet you (sort of) this is one area of REI I'm pretty fascinated by and hope to get a deal or two through this method soon.

I have compiled numerous contacts in these industries, whether by word of mouth or hiring them for a job.

There's nothing illegal in any of the methods employed here.

I have seen numerous times for sale signs go up on these properties which subsequently disappear 6 months later.
