Lastly, if it is a gut rehab there may be a great connection in the Property Management world where ever the property is but I would venture the percentage of those having the actual basket of qualified skill sets is going to take some digging for that person who also, is looking to take on someone else's project.

Walk them through the numbers and let them know that you've sent them an email (while on the phone)I get stuff ALL THE TIME from wholesalers in my email and I honestly don't really "dig" in to most of it.
