It is a niche yet a very large niche.It might be best to speak with people who are practicing Muslims and otherwise well connected in the community.

At some point in the near future I will sell everything (small to medium properties in the $300K - $7M) and do a 1031 exchange (so I don't get slammed with taxes) into a handful of large income producing properties...hire a management company and call it a day.

I hope my abilities will serve me right with real estate investments.I am interested in buy and hold or fix & flip deals of SFH up to $250K.I would be happy to get some tips and start building connections and a local team.I appreciate your help,Chen
