Hi from Phoenix Arizona!

Hi from Phoenix AZ!
My name is Eneyda, I currently have an investment portfolio mainly on stocks and other funds, however, I’m super interested in Real Estate and I’m beyond excited to start investing and expanding my portafolio.
I’m still debating what market works for me. I want to do it ALL at some point in my life. But for now I’m thinking of buying and holding, or partner up with another investor for fix and flips or other projects (In AZ).

I bring positive energy, problem solving mentality, capital, time, management skills. I also speak fluent Spanish.

I’m looking forward to connecting with you all!

Hi Eneyda!

Best place to learn is by getting around other real estate investors in your area. I am native to Arizona and also own a small portfolio of real estate in Phoenix. There are definitely pros and cons so finding a team that will help guide you on this is important.

Send me a message and I can share some of our off market opportunities with you.
